: Came back from dinner key card would not open my room you have to go to the best western next-door because there was no one at the property and the replacement key from them could not get me in the room had to book another room with another hotel to spend the night i recovered my belongings from the room the next day Was not offered refund or any kind of reimbursement. I was just told it was a error in the system

: I paid cash and was told I had to submit my credit card number. When I woke up I looked at the receipt and found that it said "method of payment credit card". No one at the desk so I left a note. This seems really fishy, like the clerk using my cash to buy drugs and putting the room on the card. I'll see how it turns out.

: There is NOTHING I LIKED about the Lone TreeWhat breakfast - nothing was out, coffee was not even made. No one was even at the desk and a sign stated that you had to check in/out with the hotel next door - no snow was shoveled from the parking lot nor were the sidewalks shoveled. To get next door you had to wade through snowbanks or walk in the street ...
: Besides everything. Bath towels smelled burned and edges so frayed the strings were getting tangled in my hair and fingers. The curtains didn't close totally and I was on the first floor. Stated pet friendly - I call bullshit. I will never waste my money staying here again. The shower head was just a mer sprinkle - there was no umph behind the water. Also, lights were not set so when you entered, you could easily turn on - took me 5 minutes to realize ALL switches were off.

  : Simple accommodations. Great value.
: Having to go next door to check in and out. Seems a front desk person is usually only on duty in the afternoon for swing shift.

  : Clean, comfortable
: A little odd that you check in and out at the Best Western across the street...

: The bed was comfortable. I liked nothing else. Stained carpets, cold coffee. Just a bad experience overall.
: No wifi! Seriously, it's 2019. Staff at check in was not friendly at all, and acted put off that I booked through was terrible, from luke warm to scalding hot every few seconds. When I said this to the check out staff, in which I had to drive back and forth to the Best Western next door to check out, asked if I had said anything to someone during my stay. I had literally just told her about it and said I'd like to make a complaint or just leave it in a review, and she said nothing in return. Don't waste your money here, and spend the little more to have WiFi and a good shower.

  : Good price
: Slight smoky smell (possibly due to popcorn ceiling still being in place and holding smells). Outdated facilities (carpet needs to be replaced, could use new paint). Mini fridge needs a small freezer, not just fridge.

: The room was clean and in good order. Sheets were clean and neat.
: There was an ice machine down the hall, but no ice bucket available. Also, the front desk didn't open until after noon daily and checkout time was 11 a.m., so you were locked out of your room until someone came to work. You had to go to the neighboring hotel, but couldn't check in until someone arrived at Lone Tree. Housekeeping services are only about twice a week, which makes for overflowing trash cans and dirty towels in the room.
